I have never lived at such a caring place ! They are quick effective and truly care about the residents. Ashley Melinda and Brian are all so helpful. The maintenance team and grounds team keep the community running smoothly and upper management is without a flaw . Always gets the job done . Every time I call jasmine she gets my apartment back right! When I moved in Nicole was so sweet I knew I made the right choice , very happy to be apart of this community .

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the worst place I have ever lived. I lived here for 2 years the new residents that moved in on my floor were smoking cigarettes in the hall smoking weed in the laundry room fighting at all hours of the night slamming into my door my 2 year old son had to smell the smoke coming into my apartment the the floors were covered with ashes NOTHING was ever done. Me and my husband along with other building residents complained daily. In my 2 years of living in this community I paid nearly 30,000 to live here and the washer and driers almost never worked that is part of what i am paying for HUGE INCONVENIENCE. I left my apartment this past week in perfect condition and was told that all I owed for was 2 parking passes 350 that were not returned when i was issued new ones. although when i got my new tags i was never asked for the old ones back and i was told that they are no good any more this is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard that do not care that a mistake was made on there end. all they care about is that they now have a way to make a profit of 350 off of me after all the money i have spent in there apartment for a miscommunication on there end. The receptions Nathan is the rudest person I have ever met has no sympathy of understanding of anything I complained once about no parking at 730 at night and had to walk up the street with my baby in the rain and was called a lair. Everything about here is bad the only 2 good things they have are Nancy and Tyree and his is not even around any more. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE RESIDENTS JUST ABOUT MONEY.
Since moving into my new place its been a great experience. Melinda has been doing a great job any time I have a question or need some help she never lets me down. Her responce time is always quick. Definitely will recommend this place for future resident's.
Youseff did an amazing job with the work in my apartments. He was friendly, nice and detailed; simply one of the best. I‘ve been a resident here for 21 years and just love the area.
They did a maintenance yesterday afternoon, they made this hole behind my kitchen, I spent the whole night watching some mice wander around the apartment, I made the report and they tell me that they don't give me security when can fix, thanks ... for turning my department upside down
