Lovely dining experience. Very professional staff. Loved the teamwork and cleaning of the table and crumbs after each plate, attention to detail on the types of utensils for each meal. The food was very good. Very much enjoyed every part of our meal and there was no lack of flavor. Everything was done correctly right down. To the sides for the plates as well. I was so impressed with the cannelloni beans we started googling recepies to try and recreate this at home. The rainbow trout was exceptional. The almond sauce really made the fish pop. I would highly recommend having that. I really enjoyed my lamb shank. If was a deceptively large portion with the sweet red cabbage, hearty cannelloni beans and carrots propping up it's mass. Dessert was good as well. Great offerings and a sampler if you can't choose just one.

Upon arrival it feels like you have been transported to French Town. The staff keeps up the illusion and the food is phenomenal. I had the beef stew, the beef fell apart as soon as you applied any pressure, and had a fantastic flavor. The presentation of the dish made the meal that much more satisfying.

French food, American portions. My wife and I really enjoyed our experience at Bistro L'Hermitage. We ordered the lobster bisque, scallops and the special (sea bass, crab cakes). The dishes were very good and left no room for dessert. The bread and butter was very good. The flavor combinations were spot on. I felt I couldn't cook what they made at home, which is the reason we plan to return again. Just wanted to say good job to the restaurant and we will see you again soon.

This was our 3rd time dining here. We initially had some issues with our reservation time and getting seated in a timely manor but the staff was super accommodating and we had a glass of free champagne while we waited. The server was friendly and offered suggestions for what was exceptional on and off the menu. Dinner was great! Will definitely return.
