My boyfriend and me went to over 20 jewelry stores before finding Chrysella. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Andrew. He made us feel so comfortable and we trusted his knowledge in diamonds as soon as we started talking to him. He worked with our budget and our time frame. He also showed us all the diamonds available with the highest quality possible in the price range we wanted. Basically he wanted the best for us and we could tell from how enthusiastically he showed us every single diamond no matter how many we wanted to look at. The whole process after was smooth. He helped my boyfriend customize the ring to exactly how he imagined it. Not only that, they even printed a 3D version of the ring for us to look at. They were fast, courteous and willing to do anything to make us happy at the end of the day. We really appreciate the time they took with us with helping us through every step of the process. Our dream ring and engagement would not be possible without you guys. I would 100% recommend you guys to all of our friends and family members. There are plenty of chain stores that will gladly rip you off and take your money. If you want someone with impeccable taste, immeasurable patience and unfaltering honesty, Nader is your man. Chrysella is trustworthy, family owned business. I came in with heaps of questions, and told Nader I was shopping around for the best prices for an engagement ring. He was upfront and honest about the quality of different diamonds and helped me determine what option had the best value for us. He stayed open late and gave us phenomenal service through the entire process. His prices range in terms of what you are looking for, but he patiently teaches you about the quality, and shows it to you. I researched several jewelers in the area to repair my engagement ring. my center stone had fallen out and I was a little skeptical about who to trust with the repair. After a few days and several reviews later, i took a leap of faith and visited Chrysella. The atmosphere was inviting and the customer service was top notch. Andrew introduced himself, inspected and complimented my ring and assured us he could handle the repair. i picked up my ring yesterday and for a piece that's eighteen years old, it looks brand new! Thank you Andrew and staff for being so personable and restoring my ring!

I went here with my wife (then fiance) back in late April. *Great customer service. The gentlemen who assisted us out was very nice and helpful. He walked us through all the options for my wedding band. I almost forgot I wanted \Macushla\ written on it until he reminded me of how you can customize the ring! Loved seeing the digital renderings too of the ring you order. Very helpful. *Appreciated him walking through all the payment options as well. I went into Chrysella to look at engagement rings in October of 2020, and was a bit apprehensive about lookin for a new ring. Andrew and his mother listened to all of my requests, and offered many different options that were in my price range. I am so happy with the ring that we ended up choosing. We went back in December and Andrew was kind enough to offer to resize our ring and adjust it to my fiancé's liking free of charge. I was completely at ease throughout the entirety of the shopping process, and am so happy that I chose to get my fiance her ring at Chrysella.
