This company is very unresponsive and difficult to deal with. After two missed appointments by their technician and three calls from me, a \supervisor\ said he would waive the monthly fee. Needless to say, that never happened. Looking for an alternative provider

Same as everyone else...called at 9:40am for emergency service and was told someone would call me within an hour. Going on 3 hours later, I still have not received a call. Don’t waste your time!
I called Critter Control about a snake in my egress window. I was referred to Critter Control from a pest control company. The lady who answered the phone told me Zachary would call me back within one hour to schedule an appointment. Zachary never called. I called the company back and I was transferred to Steve who scheduled an appointment between 3:00-3:30 on Friday. The appointment window passed, Steve never called or showed up. I called Steve again and made a second appointment on Saturday. Two days in a row, Steve was a no-show and never called to tell me he would not be able to make the appointments. Just one excuse after another. They are terrible at communication all around. I still haven't heard anything back for the follow-up call he promised he would make on Monday. Should have paid attention to their online reviews. Complete waste of time.
I had a chipmunk in my dryer hose, so I called Critter Control to see if i could get a technician out to trap or figure out how to get him out of my dryer hose. When I called I spoke with a woman who said that somebody would be calling me within in the hour to schedule an appointment to come out and see what I had, nobody ever called nobody ever showed up at my address. In the end the chipmunk got out on it's own, but i shudder to think if it had been something bigger that i would have been on my own dealing with it.
Terrible, called 4 times and was told each time I had to wait an hour for somebody to call me back even though I had already waited an hour after each call I made. The person on the phone just kept saying she was following procedure. Then they stopped taking calls at one o’clock on Saturday and nobody ever called. What a waste of time dialing critter control
