I honestly do not understand how they are running their office. A friend of mine referred them to me for PCP and being that they are also urgent care I dont have to go to an urgent care for emergency. I have been calling them 3-4 times a day for a week now to make an appointment. THEY NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONE AND I MEAN NEVER. Now I am having second thoughts about this practice, what if I was the patient and needed to speak to the nurse or needed a refill on my medication, considering that they never pick up the phone I guess I still have to keep looking for a new PCP.

I would highly recommend Dalewood, especially for urgent issues. Even with the pandemic, my daughter was able to get a same day appt. She was seen in a very timely manner on both her initial visit & her follow up televisit. The front staff was polite, the nursing staff was efficient & Jasmine, the PA was exceptional!!

Doctor's are great but no point in having an appointment when they are constantly an hour late. You can arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and wait 10 minutes for a room and 45 minutes to an hour for the doctor. You wait the same amount of time if you are a walk-in patient.

Jennifer and her team are absolutely amazing!!! I use to go here with my family “the Mirza’s” as a child and absolutely loved how friendly and professional everyone is. People shouldn’t complain about a 20- min wait when things can be much worse!!! Thank you DALEWOOD CLINIC for always taking care of us!!! & thank you for risking your lives to take care of the ungrateful ones ! :)

NEVER VISIT THiS PLACE. Worse customer service ever. I scheduled an appointment and went to the office and had to wait for almost an hour. They don’t listen to your concerns. Receptionist never picks up the phone. I canceled my appointment and the next day I received a message from them that I have an appointment. I called back and told them that I have already canceled it. I even mentioned to them that you guys don’t even pick up the phone. I told them to fax my referral form to my insurance but they never did. I called them and the receptionist ignored my concern. I won’t recommend anyone to this clinic because they don’t listen to you and they want your money.
