Up until six months ago, I would never have thought about buying a used car from a rental car company, but after going through the process with Enterprise Car Sales and Sales Agent, Lee Tully, it was hands down the easiest and least complicated car buying experience I have ever had. I never write reviews but I am doing it for these guys because their customer service was exceptional and honest. I found a vehicle I really liked on the enterprise car sales site, and completed most of the application process online before driving an hour to Woodbridge to look at the vehicle. I spoke with Lee several times and then met with him at the dealership. There was no haggling or salesman games, and within two hours I had test driven the vehicle, applied for financing (right at Lee’s desk), found an auto loan, and signed the paperwork for the new car. It was simple and straightforward and I appreciated the professionalism from the whole team. Ironically, I had looked at the same vehicle at dealership in my town and I was at the dealership no less than four hours going through the same old dealership games and haggling and got nowhere. Also, I was trading in a vehicle, and the initial trade in value Lee gave me was the same value it took me three hours to negotiate at the dealership in my town. All the above to say this, Lee Tully was excellent to work with and was extremely professional and honest throughout the whole process. Lee’s sales manager, Mike, who helped out and assisted throughout the buying process, also went above and beyond in helping answer my questions and accommodating my requests. I would recommend working with these gentlemen and the crew at Enterprise Car Sales to anyone.
