I have called this location 3 times, left 3 voicemails in a span of 2 weeks. I should have read the other reviews, I do not know how this office can have 3.5 star or can be open if they do not even care to reach out to potential clients. I have notified the Veterans Administration (VA) the lack of response from this office shows a lack of care.

I’ve tried multiple times to schedule an appointment here and I haven’t been successful in getting in . After the “fifth” time of trying I get through to someone in the front desk who answers the phone “very rudely” and tells me that they have to put me on a waiting list and they’ll call me back to schedule this was back in April we are now in July and I have yet to get at least a call back. I decide to give it another try today and same issue I call the office multiple times after like the “third” time calling the same lady answers the phone “very rudely” once again and I explained to her that I never was able to get in and she tells me one of the doctors has had a death in the family and they are short with booking availability and tells me she will call me back in an hour I waited for that call and it never came through I decided to try one last time and no answer unable to get through . Honestly not sure how this place has 5 stars when the front desk people give such a nasty attitude because I also work a front desk and must I say “ The face of the front desk” is the first thing patients will encounter clearly some customer service skills need to be given In this case to this lady.

I had called in May to make an appointment and was told it would be dependent upon someone finishing up their care and I thought that was awesome! However, I called a few weeks later just to check on the situation and got nothing. Left a message and an email and absolutely no response. I had such high hopes! I am currently finding a new clinic for help. Wish I had a good review.

I have been going to Dr. McRae for about 2 years now, and the reduction in my levels of stress and anxiety has been incredible. I no longer fear interpersonal conflict, I enjoy going to work, and I plan for success instead of pursuing an avoidance strategy. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to improve their mental health.
