I went in to get a couple pairs of shoes and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very quick to get what I needed and the checkout line was fast as well.

Terrible attitude, terrible customer service. The two African American men who worked today, August 28, 2020, should never work in any kind of store or business. Very rude!

The manager gave a military discount to the gentleman in front of me but stated my shoes (Air Force 1's) could not receive the same discount as it applys toward certain shoes which is ridiculous. I called the Finish Line HQ and they stated this was absolutely incorrect and that I should have received the military20 discount, especially because I subscribe (and pay for) the Veterans Advantage membership. The manager was no very helpful and frankly useless to help. I would not shop here again and will make it a point to not have any of my fellow servicemen and women shop here as they are NOT military friendly.

My first experience with Finish Line was exceptional! Let me tell you about my experience. I called the store on Friday, November 17. A gentleman named Shawn answer the phone. He was very courteous and very respectful. I explained to him I ordered some shoes that was the wrong size for my teenage daughter who played basketball and asked was I able to return it at the store and to get different shoes. Shawn was very patient and told me he would take care of it. I arrived at the store Saturday November 18th in the afternoon. He had five pairs of shoes ready for my daughter to try on. Shawn went above and beyond of what any employee has done for me when dealing with shoes. This was a very great experience and an everlasting first impression. Needless to say me and my daughter walked out with shoes that she was happy & comfortable. Plus the shoe were very stylish. I was ready to pay extra for the exchange, but he gave us an affordable choice of shoe. We ended up getting a couple of dollars refunded. I love the fact that he was more concerned in making his customer happy then to sell an outrageous overly priced shoe for commission. If I ever need to buy any shoes for me or my family again I will be back at the same Finish Line. thank you!!
