Good morning Matt! I just wanted to thank you again for jumping in last minute for us to help my mom transport to doctor's appointments yesterday. Also, Sherrelle was excellent! She was compassionate, caring and a great communicator with me during that journey. She truly did an excellent job. I just wanted to share that with you thank her again.

We have had First Light caregivers for about a year now and just yesterday my husband went into hospice care and I extended our caregivers hours to help us. There is nothing like having a loving, trusted and dependable friend to help in a situation like this. Cynthia is family now. My husband doesn't want her to leave when it's time and is so glad to see her when she arrives. Always cheerful and on the spot before she is needed. She was the first to realize that something wasn't right when his condition changed. She just senses these things. We love her and even after my husband passes, I will have her come back to help me. I just don't want to let her go. Thanks First Light!

Unfortunately my grandmother could not walk and this was told to the representative from First Light beforehand. My father's cancer has retuned so he is not able to help as much. The first day a young lady shows up who is very young and possibly weighs 90 pounds. We had to help her the whole time the first day. And this continued the whole time. And every day a new person. Most of the time they just played on their cells. We were paying them 25 an hour. After a week and a half my grandmother had to be admitted to the hospital. We notified them and let them know ASAP to stop the service. We got charged for an additional 2 weeks. It stated in the contract 7 days notice unless it's a health issue. My grandmother ended up in the hospital for over a week. So not sure why we were charged for 2 more weeks. The owners refused to refund any of the money. And weren't very nice about it. Luckily now my grandmother is in a wonderful facility now.

This does not directly profit his business, but it shows the level of CARE that he has for everyone to have the type of care they need. He then helped me help a friend with her grandmother in Miami. His love for people has no \territory.\ Even in our local community, the staff of FirstLight can be seen supporting causes and lending a hand.
