This was by far the worst experience we have ever received!! We were trying to book a flight home for our daughter but we wanted her to be accompanied and was told it was an option with an “extra” fee so of course we did it to ensure her safe return home!!! We asked many times if she was for sure going to be accompanied on her two flights as we chose for her to have a connecting flight as she was supposed to be accompanied and low and behold we get to the airport get through security and I am informed at that point that she was in fact NOT BEING ACCOMPANIED in any way shape or form!!!! Needless to say I was BEYOND upset as here I sit with no other options but to send her home unaccompanied......I called this travel agent as soon as I found out and spoke with a gentleman and was told he would review the phone conversation between us and the Travel agent Trent and they would call me back in 2 hours.......it’s now Sunday and never received a phone call back!! I would never recommend this travel agent EVER!!! I will be calling on Monday!!!!

They scammed me! But Alaska Airlines caught it. I was changing a flight to an earlier one and they booked it with American and cancelled the one I had from Alaska. Then the refund from my first class ticket was sent to someone else not me. They sent a bogus refund "coupon" to me. Please don't use them. They are crooked!!!

I was lied to & was charged a lot more money than what I was quoted. I had asked for a quote on a 'one way' rental w/navigation. However, the representative I spoke with quoted me a price but did NOT include the Navigation I asked for. After I corrected the representative, I was charged, but wasn't informed that the price would change; therefore being charged a lot more money than originally quoted. On top of that, it wasn't set up for one way; they set it up to where I would have to make multiple stops to switch out the vehicle (WHILE I'M IN MID AIR FLYING TO MY DESTINATION FOR THE PICK UP OF THE VEHICLE). WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Janet has great customer service but now that I’m looking at all the details I feel kind of scammed. Alaska only charged us 116 to change our flights and then this company or this lady gets the other 300... just pretty annoyed now.
