John has taught me the virtues of patience and trust. I have anxiety especially after receiving a 16k notice from the IRS for my 2018 return. Once you agree for John to do your taxes, my advice is to leave him alone and let him do his job which he does very, very well. It wouldn’t be realistic nor would it be fair to ask him for an expected finish date. You may not hear from him but rest assured he’s 100% tapping on his calculator for you! Highly recommend John and he will be our family’s official CPA from now on! Oh yes and he was able to amend my 2018 tax return within a month.

Not a good experience from Mr. Gray. When we first turned in our paper work a few weeks went by and we heard nothing. When I called to check in he informed me he doesn't do \check ins\ and will let us know when he is ready. He later apologized for his reaction but was still very difficult to get in contact with. We still have questions about our return that are unanswered. We will not be using him again.
