We probably have the oldest boat that stays in the water at Hoffmasters and unlike other marinas we visited before choosing Hoffmasters, they were very welcoming and seemed excited for us to join them. The owner, Joe, has been nothing but helpful and kind since we came here in April. The other boat owners on our pier are just as welcoming as the staff.

I bought a brand new boat 2 years ago from Hoffmasters. The team was great. Tracey & Joe the salespeople were awesome in helping me pick the right boat. Finance was helpful and quick. Tori in the parts department was great in getting everything I needed/wanted. I’m only giving 3 stars because the service manager Art seems very unprofessional. I brought my boat back for some work a few weeks ago and I haven’t even heard a word back from him. I’ve emailed, called, left messages. Nothing. I’ve gotten all my updates from Tori in parts as she ordered my parts I needed for my repair and had them there quickly and pain free. But my parts have been sitting there for a few weeks now and no update from Art. Pretty disappointed but I’m hoping he’s just overloaded on work and this isn’t how he runs his department all the time. It won’t stop me going there for all the other great people and amenities. But I will reconsider my service.

Purchased a new Cobalt R5 from the Team at Hoffmasters and had them get a current boat ready for sale. Tracy and Joe and the whole staff were absolutely great. They went above and beyond to assist us and ensure we had a great purchase experience. We also permanently dock our boat at the marina and that also has been a great experience. Its a family atmosphere and not a high pressure area like some of their competitors nearby. Thanks again for helping us military folks out! You guys are the best! Kathryn and Mike
