Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff/ mechanics. Very easy to drop off and pick up vehicle with courtesy shuttle. I have never needed to take my car into this repair shop and not had a very clear understanding of what is wrong and what steps will be taken to fix it (as well as cost). I also have never felt like the time necessary to make a repair was longer than normal. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

This place was a blessing! Very friendly staff and exceptional service! Wait time wasn't too bad either. I went in to have a tire checked and they fixed it at no cost! I also walked out with a little gift! I highly recommend this place.

This is our third time using Home Towne Auto Repair and every time it has been great! Their shuttle service makes getting work/service done with kids at home bearable because I don’t have to stay! This summer when the shuttle brought me back they had pulled up my car, started it up and turned on the air. It was 100 outside and my car is black this gesture was amazing. It didn’t end there, they ran out to open my doors for me so I could load in car seats and brought out my receipt. I was blown away! They won us over for sure!

It is hard to find a good mechanic these days so when you do hold on to them. The experience was great sent an email with recommendation on work to be done but did not pressure me to do it all the same day. Great prices and out of 6 shops the only one that could do an alignment on my lifted truck. I will go back to have the rest of my work done! Thank you Heather for helping me through the process.
