It's been awhile since I felt so robbed that I went back to leave a review. This was the worst H&R block I have see ever been to. I paid half a grand for a incomplete tax filing that took almost a month to complete. At least they offered a slight discount for next time. (My fantastic previous year experience with a different block keeps this from being a one star. Also they did file the federal correctly) *Edit* I am still dealing with tax stuff in regards to missing documents and incorrect filing. I retract all previous statements and would recommend you exercise caution on relying on this H&R Block for taxes. Not sure if I was lied to or if my tax professional was incompetent. this was such a huge waste of money that I truly regret spending on them.

It went well and the agent was very helpful and polite! It only took about a hour technoligy is smooth sailing!
