The staff at the Woodbridge office are great. They are very accommodating. I called for an MRI appointment at 4:00 pm and was able to do it the same day at 7:00 pm because I told them that I was seeing the doctor in couple of days. Excellent service and no wait.

From the first time I called them, I have been pleased. There was also an event of inclement weather that was forecasted so they called me to see if I could come in for an earlier appointment so everyone (patients and staff) could drive in safer capacity. There was also an issue getting pre-approval from my insurance on mris for both knees. The person responsible for getting these approvals was very pleasant, kept me informed and followed up with me exactly like she promised. When I came into for my mris, the lady at the front desk was super friendly and the gentleman who did my mris was friendly, efficient and made me feel comfortable....even asked what kind of music I wanted to listen to. I was leary to come here based on the reviews but chose to come here because of their flexible schedule. I 100% glad I chose to come here.

Great friendly staff. I found the staff here to be very friendly and professional and what I really liked was that they were on time. I like it when I arrive on time and so does my provider. I feel that my time is just as valuable to me as the providers time is to them and when they take me on time, then I'm impressed. This organization really impressed and and I would highly recommend them to others who need an MRI done. There are not enough good words to say about this organization but in summary, great customer service!!!!!!!
