Bought a suit 2 weeks ago and was told it would be ready in a week. First week came and went with no contact, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the holidays and waited an additional week; still no call. I called today and spoke with Gabriel who, while seeming nice enough, simply claimed the suit was not there, and that I'd have to come to the store tomorrow to talk to Alex about where it is... How is there not a system that would tell any employee of the store the statuses of the various suits on order? Does each employee keep a handwritten logbook of their sales that is locked in a safe at night? I understand that you already got my money and could not longer care less about me, so either give me my money, or the suit and you'll never hear from me again.
