They had an amazing deal on a 2012 Hyundai Accent hatchback that I was very interested in purchasing. I called them in a Monday inquiring about it and they said it was totally available and was sitting on the lot for months! I thought this was a great option for me, so I told them I will look at the car that weekend. They pushed me to go in Tuesday instead and buy it asap. They then assigned me a man named Jose. I called sometime later asking about standard dealership fees and the man who answered asked if I, a Latina, was related to Jose. Just because we had similar (but not the same) last name. It was strange and a but annoying, but I let it go. After checking the weather and securing the loan, I asked if we can do a virtual tour Tuesday. My rep, Jose (who was great) agreed. However. He could not find the keys to show off the car! As it turns out, the car had ALREADY BEEN BOUGHT. It had been bought DAYS before I initially inquired about it. The dealership was ready to have me drive 2 hours for a car that is off the market. It is sloppy management at best and a dishonest scheme at worse. They then tried to upsale a different car that was twice the price and a worse deal than the car I was interested in. I would never try to shop here again. They are either too disorganized within their network to keep tabs on their cars or too dishonest with their customers and sales reps. Proceed with caution!

I started working with Jose the (GM)in May 2020. I was looking hard for a particular MDX year, milage, color combination, and payment. He found a few for me throughout the summer but I was particular for the Trim package I wanted on the car along with everything else. Jose introduces me to Will (a sales representative) in July to assist as well. Needless to say they both worked hard to get me everything I was looking for. The car came in off of a lease and they had it turned around and delivered to me within a day. They were patient, spent a lot of time, dropped what they were doing every time I came in and always greeted me with respect and like a friend. I truly appreciate all they did for me and the service provided. I’m so thrilled with my new MDX, I’ll miss seeing them and working with them on the regular but will refer as many people to them as well as stop in to say hi at service time. I highly appreciate the high level of service. I highly recommend go to Karen Radley Woodbridge and ask for Will. He and the team behind him will do all they can to ensure you are no less than 110% satisfied.

Easy 5 star rating for this dealership. I stopped by for regular maintenance and was greeted by great service team members. While I was waiting at the lobby for my car, I met JC, one of their salesmen. What a great guy. I am not looking to buy a car but he saw me checking out the cars and did a fabulous job of explaining different options for commuter car. He spent a good half hour making the wait less painful. I just might buy a car now. Definitely recommend this location.
