The customer service at Kia is outstanding thus far! They always go above and beyond to meet the service needs and many of the staff i have encountered with have been very polite (most recently Micah who provided excellent customer service). Kia is reliable dealership and you wont be disappointed! Also, I do enjoy coupons and offers for services such as oil change that Kia honors. Like many dealerships, Kia can be a bit pricey for service but the coupons definitely help!

Tyler Winchell (the Finance Manager) and David Cain (the salesman) at Koons Kia in Woodbridge, Va gave me A() service. They told me what they would recommend and just as importantly, what they would NOT recommend and why. They were honest and this was refreshing. They weren’t out to make the best deal for their pockets, they were out to make the best deal for me. I will no longer go anywhere else. It’s hard to find trustworthy people to work with. I really appreciate them taking the time with me. All of my questions answered. They are both friendly, professional and laid back. I highly recommend asking for David in sales and to use Tyler in financing. You can ask for your financier, it doesn’t have to be randomly assigned.

I was so nervous about buying a new car but their professionalism and hospitality made me feel SO much better about the investment I made. Went first time car shopping for my daughter and she had a great first time experience with David and Tyler. We called ahead of time and David had the type of car we were looking for lined up and warmed since we had recently had a snow and ice. He was not pushy or come off like a typical car salesman. Tyler had us in and out of Financing and was great! He did his job but also not pushy like you normally expect. All in all great experience!

Professional, clean and polite, they helped me and husband and were able to explain things clearly both with the car as well as the paperwork!
