Excellent place to shop for a new car. Their product specialists are very professional and knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. Jordan helped us with our purchase. From the start he made us feel comfortable. He answered all of questions and made suggestions based on what we were looking for our new family car. They also have excellent warranty options that definitely sealed the deal. Highly recommend!

I bought my 2020 Venue in May and I have to say its a great car! But the service I’ve received from Koons has made me wish I bought my car elsewhere. I called them for weeks and left voicemail after voicemail never getting a call back. FOR WEEKS. I had my first oil change done there at the end of August and when I came to pick up my car, I let the service employee know that It’s impossible for me to call them and he basically said “we just get so busy here.” (whatever.) I have since moved to Florida and gave up trying to contact Koons at that time UNTIL I brought my car into another Hyundai in November and they informed me that Koons did such a TERRIBLE job on my oil change, my brand new car has been leaking oil since then!! From the oil filter cap being overnighted to the drain plug having 2 crush washers installed (and so many other things, see attached.) And if you think this can’t get worse, oh just wait.. After that I began calling and leaving voicemail after voicemail ALL OVER AGAIN with, again, NEVER GETTING A CALL BACK. I finally called from a different phone and got through to someone on the first try. JR was the manager who “attempted” to help my situation. He told me that the reason my calls kept going to voicemail was because my phone number was assigned to and kept being transferred to an employee who hasn’t worked there in months. I didn’t realize it was my job to keep track of Koons employees. I couldn’t even voice all my concerns to JR because he kept cutting me off and talking over me IN THE MIDDLE of my sentences. I eventually said “Excuse me sir but I was talking” to which he replied “DO NOT talk to me like you are above me!” He said that “clearly” the other Hyundai is just trying to make some money off me because “Here at Koons we are very customer orientated.” Yeah.. I can really tell.

Let me first say that I did not make a purchase from Koons but not because of anything they did, it was just a financial decision I made based on my trade I had. What I can tell you is that if you do deal with Koons, please deal with Jordan Ramirez. Jordan was one of the nicest and most helpful salesman that I’ve ever dealt with. I’m around 4 hours away from Koons and Jordan was willing to bring me the vehicle. You can’t beat service like that. If I do buy from Koons I will only deal with Jordan and I recommend that you do also.

Love the Genesis Concierge service, especially during the pandemic. The staff was very friendly and professional. The guys that came to pickup my car wore masks and were friendly and professional also. Got my car back in a few hours with no issues. Highly recommended.

Just bought a Palisade from Koons Hyundai Genesis in Woodbridge and not only am I ecstatic about the new car (all the features, quality, enjoyment of driving it), but I had a good experience at the dealership. I know, you cannot have a 'thoroughly enjoyable experience' buying a car, it's something we have to endure not often as possible. Lol! With that said, Mo Hassan (Product Specialist) did a wonderful job of handling my barrage of questions, back-and-forth negotiating with a Trade-In and purchasing this car, and making sure my wife and I had a positive experience in the Sales Area during the entire process. In fact, I accidentally overlooked several Add-on items that were not part of the \We Owe\ document, but was definitely included the discussion and on the Offer Sheet. To his credit and the dealership, Koons came through with all the items, installed everything without charge. Admittedly, it was my oversight, but I really credit Mo and the dealership on following through with everything that was promised. Kudos all around and we look forward to many years of enjoyment driving the Palisade!
