My family and I had to find either a new rental or buy a home for the first time. Mr. Wilson with his knowledge advised us that buying is a great investment. At first we were frightened to make the step of purchasing. Mr. Wilson was patient and understanding. He set us up with George Mason Lender through Le Frye. Who was also professional, strait forward, and gracious. We may not have been easy at times, but Mr. Wilson and Le Frye made it happen. Also we want to show our gratitude to their great team of employees as well. We now have our first home and couldn’t be any more great full to Mo Wilson Properties. You all will be forever remembered for finding us a fabulous home to put our family in. Thank you!

Good agency. Easy to work with them and they found something we loved. Easy process.
Mowilson claims to be a veteran friendly organization and that their service is great however nothing could be more untrue. During the 11 months we rented a home from them we got very poor service. On more than one occasion we had to take a leave day to wait for service only to have their vendor no-show, we waited months for some services, they claim damages to things against the security deposit that were broken the whole time while charging us for light bulbs, smoke detector batteries and “excessive damage beyond wear and tear.” The house was impeccable when we returned it and we were only there 11 month, as they forced us to leave during a pandemic. I’d understand if we were bad tenants but we are both service members and we’re diligent about repairs and care of the house. They were masterful at telling us how wonderful they are but in reality they are just another greedy company who seems to care more for profit than customer service.
