It’s my first time living in VA , and I tried taxi for the first time here. I appreciate their service. Their’ drivers are very nice and professional. I also liked how they showed a tracker for us to monitor where and how close the driver is. The wait wasn’t too long , and am very happy with that! I went early , and it definitely helped me a lot! Loved it. Would definitely try out another time.

BEST SERVICE EVER!!! I had a really pleasant experience with Nova checker services for a couple of times already. The cars are very comfy and clean! And the most important thing is that all of the drivers were very skilled and professional. All rides were smooth and cars always arrived on time. Their sightseeing tours are just THE BEST! I will definitely contact them again in the future. Thanks for the amazing services!
The driver called me and said you paying cash or card I said card and he laugh and refused to take me then the next driver that could take me was 49 min away this is trash and so is the new app Riide won’t be using Virginia checker cab ever again. Y’all are so silly charging more than uber.
A day ahead of time I ordered a taxi to bring guests from hotel to wedding and back to hotel after wedding, confirmed the reservation the morning of and come wedding time, neither taxi showed up. Thank goodness for Lyft!
Here I just want to express my full satisfaction with the car service from NOVA Checker Cab which I recently used for my multiple business trips in, and around, Virginia. Very professional stuff, great ride and the car was pretty comfy, too... I will definitely keep you in mind for the next one and spread the word to my friends for sure. Thanks guys.
