Inhumane organization. We were stuck overseas while traveling due to Covid for almost a year, we've lost work and couldn't come back to the US until recently. Asked for a reduce in HOA fee during this tough year and got a straight deny. We've never used the pool, Tennis court nor other amenities and this year no trash at all. Snow removal is slow, towing car is fast. Far from being reasonable nor fair. Wish that we have a choice besides selling the house. Their partner Chadwick Washington is equally bad. Zero accommodations and communication is almost impossible sometimes.

There used to be someone at the office during office hours; however, now it’s impossible to reach anyone during office hours. Covid is not an excuse either as this was the same way several years back. Paying fees for an office that’s not even in to take phone calls.

Hi everyone one This third time the towing company A&A towing my car in front of my home. Each time I pay 175. Last time June 9 late night again they tow my car because my visitor permit was expired on May 31st. I am paying every month to 80 dollars every month. Is not enough. I think this very rude treatment with the community members. Our community should raised their voice. My friend living in Westridge community, told me community never tow their cars. I am really very upset and frustrated. We should raised voice for juistice. I request to @PWCgov to investigate please that our community incom and expenses. How they using our money. the guys who are working at the pool are not nice , the interaction with people are very bad, I recommend to who has responsibility of this pool please replace these guys ,
