Best place for people on the go
Got my umbrella stolen at this place, and someone tried to take my phone too. Also some dude walked out of the bathroom trying to sell me shoes. Buckle down boys, protect your stuff and I don't recommend talking to anyone. Staff inside are helpful and will give you got directions so that's still good. It's the people you gotta look out for.
Clean and good customer service
I have been riding the PRTC transit for years and half the time I have no issues but the other half I do have some complaints. The biggest complaint is the buses in the afternoon is rarely on time and zero compensation for not being on time. Also in the afternoon there is a dead time from 1-2 there are no buses heading south. I wish they had competition to make them competive and hopefully more on time. Overall they have great customer service but not enough run times for heading home.
