Promotions that this gym club uses with keywords such as “free,” are arbitrary at best. I attempted to use my “free guest pass” for these past two days for my husband today, but was then told at the front desk that the pass was 10, because of an arbitrary capacity limit that was not mentioned on any email receipt after signing my guest up. Neither could I use my free guest pass that automatically comes with my membership. I don’t care about 10. I care about honest, straightforward advertisement. When the manager spoke to my husband and I there was no understanding of the frustrations of the situation and though she admitted she could have waived the fee, she was opting not to because we “interrupted her” when she was speaking.

I signed up in March right before they closed because of COVID-19. I was able to go a few times before that. I joined mostly for the pool which was usually pretty empty. The equipment is nice. The personal trainers can be pushy trying to get you to sign up for personal training but I explained I couldn't afford it and they were nice about it. My issue with this place is the cancellation policy. I recently moved so I wanted to cancel. First of all they make you jump through a few hoops to even find out how to cancel. I was told I have to provide proof that I moved. I couldn't provided that until I had already moved and had a lease agreement. Once you finally provide proof, they still charge you for one more month which makes no sense to me. Also they did freeze accounts during the pandemic but for some reason they started charging me again after I said I wanted to cancel the membership. TLDR: Nice gym but they make it really hard to cancel and want as much money out of you as they can get.

It’s a nice and clean facility. However, I’ve seen people working out with flip flops, slippers, and boots. It doesn’t look professional and hygienic at all.

My Fiancé & I just signed up with Mike & we are enthusiastic about taking advantage of all the great features onelife has to offer. I am looking forward to the Zumba classes & my Fiancé is looking forward to the pool due to a injury of his knee. I am writing this with the expectations set forth by the company & its members. Stay tuned for the next review in about a month or so Definitely recommend going to talk to Mike & his awesome customer service skills, we appreciated the straightforwardness and the ability to look for the best plan that accommodated us.

Management does not address members concern. Basketball courts remain close despite other gyms in the area being open. Space is rarely used and everyone is upstairs making for a crowded environment due to layout. Not as spacious as it looks and needs more space and equipment. The so called GM Ayana Jackson is no where to be found. Will not be renewing contract..
