PK Tax and Accounting Services did a wonderful job for us to build our foundation from the beginning filing an Article of Incorporation and incorporated in Virginia as they are registered agent of Virginia SCC (State Corporation Commission), getting a Tax ID number for the organization and Tax Exempt approval from the IRS. Now we are a Non-Profit Tax Exempt 501(c) organization that we can receive the contribution from the individual and business for our activities and charitable programs, provide them receipt of contribution and they can deduct the contribution in their personal and business tax return. All credit goes to PK Tax & Accounting Services and its expertise. They will be taking care of all our bookkeeping, accounting, yearly tax filing according to the requirement of the IRS and maintain our Tax Exempt 501 (c) Public Charity status and timely consultation regarding our program, finance, accounting and taxes. The Be Happy Foundation is grateful for their great experience which they applied to us smoothly step by step process to build the foundation of the organization.
