Bring a chair and a phone charger. Not enough seating in the waiting room. Appointment took over 2.5 hours start to finish. Seems like they care more about packing in people on the schedule than respecting your time. Front desk unhelpful.

Dr Alidad Arabshahi is an awesome doctor and the best ENT doctor I have ever come across, his assistants and the staff are great too. I highly recommended this place for any one that is in need of an EAR NOSE THROAT doctor. Thank you all for your service.

My mother had an appointment and everyone was very kind and allowed me in with her to help translate. Many other places are not letting us do this but here they are very understanding. The doctors did not mind repeating themselves to make sure that we completely understood what they were doing and directions. Also Dr. Arabshahi speaks I believe 3 languages which is both remarkable and so very useful! (I apologize if this was confusing. English is not my native tongue and I sometimes make grammar mistakes.)
