It's been 9 years since I lived there and they are garnishing my wages for bogus charges. I am interested in starting a class action suite against Ricer Oaks Community and would like to know of there is any one else having bogus charges brought up against them that would like to participate?
If we could give River Oaks Community Association a zero I would instead of 1 star. I find Michelle and Lisa to have a no care attitude regarding the property. Getting answers and even a return email seems to be a enormous problem for these two. Send them an email and you get no reply regarding your complaint or some two word email that does not address the problem. River Oaks is ran poorly. One of many reasons I and others are selling our townhouses. Security is a joke and hardly patrol the areas when you do call them they make up excuses of why they can't come or say I'm busy it will take 2 hours. Michelle/Lisa refuse to address the renting issues of property owners that permit their property to be rented out by the renters. I counted 10 people living in a 3 bedroom townhome have yet to get an answer from the HOA regarding this problem . No longer matters we are selling our townhome. If you like trash, overcrowding, lack of parking and respect by Michelle and Lisa keep living in River Oaks and paying your HOA fees because yoga and pot luck just don't get it when I keep looking at trash on the grounds and overcrowding
