Food is very bland. Chicken had little to no flavor except the slight burnt taste. Good amount of food. Service is terrible and there system for giving out the food is wildly unorganized and flawed. Do not recommend.
I’d suggest you train your staff to be respectful and considerate towards its customers considering the ratings you’re getting. Lastly, I got a beef bento box and the beef was cold af and the salad was dry and old.
The Spanish guy(The cook) with the bunny tattoo on the side of his neck is a poor representation of this company. He’d argued & snatched my receipt from my hand while I was trying to explain about my order. Totally uncalled for and serious consequences need to take place.
Do not order any side item because they won't give to you. Also they charge extra for noodle.

I ordered chicken and shrimp #4 menu. Cashier forgot the plate for one person ahead which he ordered chicken only. So one person ahead, he got chicken and shrimp for less price instead of mine. So I explained the situation, and they served mine but cooker acted very rude. It's probably he was very shamed about his fault or mistake whatever the happening. He put my food in the food container but it came out very ugly, some of chicken was hanging on the container and dropped on serving rack where was not very cleaned. I didn't want to bring those peices, so I picked them and left on the rack. He looked what I did, but no response anything about it. 8 menu contains very little amount of portion.
