Having grown-up going to the REC center, it is easy to say this is a perfect gym/basketball spot. Staff is always super nice and great at providing open-gym hours over the phone. I moved-away but recommend this gym to anyone local.

Located in Dale City, Sharon Baucom Recreational Center has reasonable price extracurricular activities. I enrolled my kid in Karate and Swim classes. These activites are conducted through the year.

Very empty weekday mornings, parking lot is full on the weekends! Very nice staff, and good gym equipment. It's a small gym, but it gets the work done. Five stars! :D

Not worth it if you have little kids, swimming pool has way too many rules. My boys were singled out cause they did not had \proper swimsuits\. I thought they had proper swimming shorts, too late for me I couldn't cancel and wasted whole year of membership, only went 3 times :( 750 down the drain

Went swimming and enjoyed the hot tub. Those working there are always pleasant. Remember it does cost 6.00 per person to use the various options. Or you can purchase a membership with family included.
