This is the most dysfunctional store I’ve ever visited. I despise having to go in there to pick up my online orders. There are always tons of workers and very little customer service. This past weekend the manager Wendy was super unprofessional about telling the staff that they need to work harder to raise the number of credit card sign-ups saying (very loudly) that she is “allergic to odd numbers”. I don’t care how many times I’ve been to this store it’s always the same unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I don’t know why there are so many associates working and no one is really available to help.

I visit this store often, it is usually ok, though it is very disorganized. Todays visit was by far the worst, the cashier a young lady has no respect to a customer at all and the manager not better either, upper mangemnet, you guys need to re train your employees on how to treat customers and your mangers on issue resolution.
