I feel as though we were part of a bait-and-switch with this place. It appears to be very clean and pretty, and when you have a scheduled visit, it is full of happy, smiling people. However, my relative is a resident there, and I witnessed a situation with them that was absolutely dehumanizing. I understand that it is difficult to find good workers at the low pay offered at these types of facilities, but that is no excuse for not treating a human with basic dignity. If your relative is not completely lucid, please don't put them in this place, since it seems that they depend on the forgetfulness and confusion of the residents to allow the staff to provide poor service. Please check to make sure your relative is being given proper hygiene support, and that they know how to use the entry bracelet and call button. There have been several times that my relative has fallen, and did not remember how to call, or was stuck outside their room, not able to get in. Fancy, modern things may appeal to the children of the residents, but as their memory fades, they will not remember how to use these. Stick with actual keys. Retrain the residents to use the button. But, most of all, remember that they are HUMAN. Treat them with dignity, even if they are yelling at the staff. Think of it from the residents' perspective: they are being spoken loudly to by someone they can't understand (very thick accents), and then often physically handled/stripped/washed with little control over what happens. I know that these residents can be difficult, combative, and sometimes rude and bigoted, but that should be something that is part of the training of the staff. If your relative is still active and lucid, this may be a fine place, but be aware that what they show you may not be what your loved one will actually get.

I love being part of the team here! Every day we help Residents and their families find ways to reclaim their independence and joy!

I find it strange that Jeramy is leaving reviews about his own company but leaves negative reviews about everywhere else he visits. Don't waste your time. High staff turnover, staff fights all the time, no teamwork. Your loved one's will suffer. Residents falling in the floors busting their heads open. Residents dying. Don't waste your money. They have staff writing the reviews, like Kimberly, she used to work there as well. Pick another place.

My parents spent a wonderful 6 months at Tribute at the Glen prior to needing more care than assisted living could provide. Administration and staff are fabulous and engaging ... helpful at every turn. Plenty of great companionship with other residents … my folks really enjoyed their time there. Great food too! Wish they could have stayed longer.

Tribute at the Glen is beautiful. When I went in to visit, all the staff members were very friendly and welcoming as I walked around the community. Vincent did a great job showing me around and was very knowledgeable of the community. Would definitely recommend it to those looking for senior living.
