This is my first time going here. I did my online check in from the website, and my registration. Good thing I looked it up before going in cause it says they prefer to do it online. I had to choose a time slot to be seen. Which was 30 minute wait time in the parking lot. I then went in and she gave me a paper to fill out and she would text me when they were ready. The front desk receptionist was okay. She wasn’t super nice and friendly but she did her job. What I didn’t like was all their bathrooms were closed down. I’m pregnant so I had to hold it while I waited to be seen and during my exam. My time to be seen was at 1. They texted me to come in later than that but not by much. The woman who took my weight and vitals was very friendly to me. I waited in the exam room for the NP to come in. It was very fast. The Np came , saw me really quick. It was super fast and she didn’t really give a personal experience. More like just a transaction. She wasn’t very informative, I had to ask the questions about my condition. I would have given it 5 stars if the staff was friendly and welcoming and if they had bathrooms available to patients. It had a sign that said employees only. I liked how fast it was. I would return again, I would just hope for a better friendly atmosphere.

I have been here twice so far. My first time, I had an ear ache. They were very nice at the front desk and the nurses a PA’s were very polite and informative. They all seemed to have great personalities and not too serious as you would expect at an urgent care. My second visit I went in to get a COVID test. Quick and easy, made an appointment online and I was in and out in 10 minutes. If you can, complete your registration online. It will save you a lot of time and effort. You can use your health insurance, tricare and va benefits.

It was so easy to book an appointment online. Greeting and intake was quick and efficient. The medical administrative lady at the front desk was polite and informative. They were prompt i did not have to wait to be seen. Doctor, nurse and xray tech listened to me about my condition that brought me there. Very professional staff! I recommend this Urgent Care!
