I had a washer delivered and it was broken, so the warranty company shipped me parts and put me in contact with this company. The technician called me on a Thursday and asked if the parts had come in. I said no so he told me to call back when they were in. I called Tuesday and let him know the parts were in and he said he would call me the following day. I didn't receive a call and so I called him on Thursday. At that time, he said he was not going to come service the washer because the warranty company doesn't pay him enough. He offered to come if I paid him, to which I said no. A couple of suggestions to the company: - Don't say on the third phone call you aren't accepting the work. - Don't tell the customer problems with the warranty company. Leave the customer out of it. - Don't request the customer to pay for warranty service calls.

Jay is extremely professional and knows his job to a tee. He is a hard worker and one that you can trust to do the right job. He is definitely an asset to your organization. I would highly recommend him.
These guys are great! They have fixed my ice maker and my dryer. They are very reasonably priced and make sure i am 100% happy. They answer all of my questions and explain what they did and why to me in terms I understand.
After reading the other comments I settled for this company but I am not a satisfied customer.... Call for appointment first time technician was running late after fixed time called the next day got a fixed time technician was late but I needed to have the consultation/repairs so he arrived replaced some parts but refrigrator is still was not working, called back for Sunny(technician) Peter the operator told me Sunny will call me Peter did not want or take my contact info stating he had it.... Still waiting on that call, will not use this company or persons again.
I do not normally post reviews but this was worth it. They were on time and very professional! they found out the issue in less then 10 minutes and had the parts on their truck. What I hate most times is the part ordering but they had the part and fixes the issue right away! I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thanks Jay!
