Bought two items here: a couch and a bed frame. Both were wrecked after 5 years of normal usage. Both were expensive and appeared to be made well. So we were suprised and upset at their eventual destruction. I figured the couch (the first to go) was just a fluke... But then our otherwise beautiful bed frame drawer was stuck. It turned out that the base had fallen apart. All that was in it was a few bed sheets.

We stopped by Becker on a whim during the Presidents Day sale. We had gone to 4 other stores and had some bad experiences with pushy sales people following us around the store and just always being in our business. When we walked into Becker, we were greeted by Kendyl and told about the current promotions. She didn't follow us around and just told us that she could be of help when we had questions. After we found what we wanted, we chatted with Kendyl and asked questions and she was helpful in searching for some accompanying items. She was super nice, not pushy, and knew the products on the floor. Super impressed! We will be shopping here again! {We even got a hand written thank you note! You don't see that anymore!}
