Purchased an item online, tried to return it to the store when I was able. They still have a 60 day return policy during the pandemic. We have been on lockdown and my family in quarantine. Every where else has extended policies or allowing returns into 2021. My child and my grandmother who I care for are both high risk. I did not ask be refunded, but even store credit. The package was not even opened. Brand new and untouched when I tried to return it in store. Tried to get help online. They offered me a coupon code of 10% off my next purchase. What a joke. Shame on you all.

Idk, I like this place, it has cool stuff and then really ultra over priced stuff. Like fluffy 50 towels. Awesome greenbay packers stuff selling fast. They have vikings stuff too but no one is buying it.
