We originally went with Ispiri after having concerns with other firms responsiveness or interest in our basement finish project. After sharing our expectations and desired outcomes, Ispiri worked very hard to meet all of them. Home remodel projects are imperfect, and issues will arise no matter the vendor. If you expect perfection without delay or correction, don't do such a project. We appreciated that Ispiri was very responsive to our requests, was quick to respond to questions or concerns, they immediately worked to correct any issues, and the end product was everything we were hoping for. Their design team did a wonderful job getting to know us and helping us make selections in line with what we were looking for (Becca was great!). Additionally, the Project Manager (Jarad) was wonderful to work with the duration of the project, always available to answer questions or push on the subs, quick to to fix any issues that may have arisen, and wonderful at checking in with us throughout. We have a couple smaller projects that would be less involved that we're looking at using them for as well. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

We have hired Ispiri multiple times over the past twelve years to remodel our beautiful home from top to bottom, inside and out. I was nervous to embark on home renovations as I had only ever heard horror stories from other people (and HGTV shows). But our experience with Ispiri was totally smooth and seamless -- even through a global pandemic! Our project started in April, right as businesses were shutting down, so I thought for sure it would delay everything, but they finished exactly as scheduled, all while following protocols to keep everyone safe and healthy. We worked with a dream team: Jamie (design consultant), Becca (designer) and Chris (project manager). Jamie was super thorough and communicative during the planning, which resulted in no surprise costs. Becca totally got our style and helped us through some decision paralysis, and Chris was nothing short of an angel in work boots. He updated us frequently and explained in simple terms without talking down to me. (Side note: as a woman, I find that men in these types of positions can sometimes be condescending, and Chris was the complete opposite.) We were also first-time homeowners so Chris even took the time to give me a \tour\ of our utilities closet and explained the maintenance involved for each appliance. I learned so much from him! He also fixed our lawnmower without hesitation The best part was obviously the end result. We love our home SO much, and they absolutely nailed all of our wants and needs while staying within our budget. In fact, we are already discussing with Jamie remodeling another part of our home! Having gone through the process already, we know we are in good hands. Thank you, Ispiri, for making our dream home come to fruition.
