Brians' been with Pella 19 years - longevity speaks volumes for his ethics & his honesty. If & when I need windows or doors serviced, he's my first (and probably) only call.

We chose Pella not only for the quality products but they where more flexible. We wanted new windows to replace our 41 year old windows and wanted to give our home a face lift while doing so. They allowed us the home owners to do some reframing and changes to front of our home. I am a carpenter but it wasn't enough for the competitor company's who would allow it. Also, we saved money by doing the finished interior trim work ourselves when the competitor window company wouldn't allow it. We now have had the new windows for one month and we are impressed and very happy with the windows. The installers where great and did a great job. The cleaned up inside and out of the house and used drop cloths inside and out. They all had fun personalities. Our sales man Dan Kaschner was also great. He was quick with responding to our emails and calls. He also came out to our home as the installers where finishing up to check on our project and asked if we had concerns or questions. Thank you guys, outstanding job!
