There are really only two choices to concern yourself with, imho: a hot dog with all the fixings, ie sweet peppers tomatoes, etc., or a hot Italian beef (add cheese and gardenia peppers). And of course not optional includes some form of their chocolate cake. We usually bring a whole one home with us. Two-layers, and effectively always moist. But if you're worried about the carton of milk sitting in your fridge, and how well it will go with a slice of cake, you can always order a chocolate cake shake for dessert.

The French Fries with cheese sauce its really tasty better than all the fast food fries love the crinkle chruchy taste on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. The Italian and sausage beef combo with the spicy peppers was a great spicy flavor. The meat is delicious. It was a great choice and I love all of portillos food got to love every meal there. Strawberry shakes are amazing! Enjoy eating there !
Ok Portillo’s Has a very soft spot in my heart Three locations in greater area great quick causal authentic Chicago style food. My go to is Italian beef combo “with a sausage link” with sweet peppers and hot peppers. Shakes are amazing the will put a whole piece of cake in the shake if you ask.

First time here and we were very happy! I had a Tuscan Chicken Salad and it was so fresh and well made! We got a side of fries to share which was enough between the 3 of us, they are my favorite fries! The chili dog was not our favorite but not bad! We loved that there menu had such an awesome selection and not all hot dogs. They have burgers, dogs, beef sandwiches, ribs, salad and so much more.
