Was great before the new company took over. Can never get a reply from management on anything, including maintenance requests. Put a request in 11/20/20 for our toilet not working. Hadn't heard anything for awhile, so I put another request in 12/4/20 asking for a response to my first request. My second request has now been closed and marked as completed, but still haven't gotten a response to my first request from 11/20. Would not recommend living here.

Stay far away. Apartment had bed bugs. After they had treatment done they then tried to charge us for it. Put in 3 separate maintenance requests for a leaking sink that was never even responded to. Was threatened over email that they would tow my vehicle if I didn't move it for snow plowing with less than 24 hours notice. Then they said they would not be renewing our lease when it is up. No worries here. The sooner I can get out the better. Guaranteed they will take every bit of my security deposit to try to regain their losses on the treatment. If you know what's good for you, you will go elsewhere to live
Tried to contact by phone but no body answer. Came to the office questions about no body to answer my phone calls. The lady at the office smiled and said “ I don’t know”. If you don’t know, who knows. It’s your business, you need to check if your line work or not. We pay full rent not for your guy sitting in the office, doing nothing. I asked for maintenance request for 2 months. Until now, it haven’t been done. Tried to phone, email, go to office, but it’s just promises ans promises. No thing has been done
I love everything bout my new move to Seasons Villas. My partner and I were looking for the perfect starter home as we just graduated college and are preparing our futures. This was defiantly the right choice! They worked with us for the move-in date, answered all our questions, gave us discounts (including a valued employer discount), and have affordable pet rent! Not to mention, the staff are super friendly and not pushy about move-in or anything! The neighbors are kind and there is a family atmosphere here. I feel safe and I am excited to live out my lease. I will most likely be signing for another year if all continues to be as promising!
Don't even waste the time trying to contact this place. They don't answer phone calls, requests by email and no one is ever at the rental office. All you get are generic emails saying thank you for contacting us but that's it. They must always be fully rented as you would think they would want business.
