Just wanted to post this for me and my wife. Overall we had outstanding help from Kelly in picking out a travel trailer that really suited our needs and future camping trips. Once we arrived on site Kelly listen to what we wanted (extented season, 30 amp service, bunkroom, etc.) and steered us to 2 or 3 trailers to select from and we picked the Apex 289TBSS. Other than a minor glitch, which was quickly corrected, our experience in picking up the trailer was equally outstanding. Craig did our walk-through and easily answered all my questions and even removed panels to show me the hot water heater and 12Vdc pump. Anyway at no time did I feel as if we were in a rush (unlike my experience in the Ashland area). I did have some additional questions on future upgrades/additions, which was quickly answered by Tracy and Amy with quick quotes on both the material and installation. If you're looking for a travel trailer (or any camper) I highly recommend visiting Campers Inn RV of Fredericksburg.

Bought our first RV trailer from Campers Inn and were very happy with the sales and pickup process. Evan was our salesmen and he did a great job working with us to find the perfect trailer for us, was very patient in answering all of our questions, and didn’t use any high pressure sales tactics. The delivery and pickup process was also an excellent experience. We worked with Gene, Dave, and Amy. Gene provided a very thorough walk through and explained how to use all of the new fancy gadgets in the trailer, as well as explained how to do all of the maintenance to keep it working in great condition. Dave installed our WDH, which he did a perfect job of making sure everything was perfectly setup and level. Amy helped with picking up the right parts for the trailer in the store. Great experience and would recommend them.

The service staff at Campers Inn RV are fantastic. Tracy, Amy and William were not only friendly and polite, but they did their jobs very well and on time. Couldn't ask for better service. I'll definitely bring my RV back to them in the future whenever I need work done.

We just picked up our very first camper from Campers Inn RV of Fredericksburg, and we couldn't be more thrilled! Kelly was so easy to work with! She really listened to figure out just what we were looking for and took us to those units. She explained the various features of each and then left us to make a decision. No pressure, just pleasure! Yesterday we had our walk-through with Dave, who was equally helpful and incredibly patient. From start to finish this has been a great experience! We can't wait to put some miles on our new toy!
