I went in the store to look at a new lap top for my online schooling because I am about due for a new one..I wasn't sure what would be best for me and didn't even know where to start looking. I was very thankful for Zac, the associate that was working at the time that had asked if I needed any assistance and of course I did because I had no idea what I needed. He was very knowledgeable about the different options and what would be best for me in particular. This store needs more employee's like him, he was so kind and helpful, he didn't mind helping me one bit even when I did not make a purchase. I truly appreciated it more than he will ever know! When I am ready to buy my new lap top I will definitely be going back there to see him!

Superb and excellent service by Michael who took great care of me in the print & ship section. He is very attentive, kind and even though he was alone and very busy with several customers he didn't lose his calm and cool and was very friendly and helpful. I noticed that Michael enjoys going above and beyond for the customers, thank you for gue great service!
When i was shopping for a gaming laptop i went here last found a nice 700 dollar hp with a sale tag that said it was 350 it turned out to be 300 and ive been using it for games and movies for 3 years now still works great
Shipped several packages via FedEx which required changes afterwards, FedEx was very difficult to work with but the Office Depot store managers (Jonas and Rob) were extremely helpful! 10/10 would work with them again.
I though I would help local businesses and not use Amazon, your curb side pickup is terrible after 15 minutes I walk in nobody in store, they said app not working right ,so walk outside and ask the car's in line how hard is it must not have app to use common sense
