We have been hauling loads for Pacifica Nursery for years. We work for both their Woodinville, WA location and their Abbotsford, BC location. We have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. There is a previous review posted that is inaccurate and uncalled for. The response from Pacifica perfectly explains the situation. I would be happy to answer any other questions about that situation. Jason (Owner) and his staff are honest, friendly, communicative, fair, and great to work with. They do things the right way. Doing everything they can to accommodate their customers and their vendors. There is a standard of excellence that is well known by everyone that works with Pacifica. We have over 30 years of experience working in the nursery industry and everyone I talk with in regards to Pacifica has a huge amount of respect and appreciation for how they do business. It's not often you have a company that is willing to do the things that they are willing to do. Countless times I have seen them go above and beyond for customers, truck drivers, and anyone else that does business with them. My company was hired to haul plants for this company through Rosewood Transportation inc. The loads were delivered but as delivery was completed Pacifica Nurseries left my trailer in a very disgusting manner with plywood and pallets, mud, plant parts. Told me that they would clean it when done and didn’t. Jason the owner wouldn’t return calls or texts!! It cost me my next load due to having to find a Trailer washout company, so total loss for the day was 469.00 and of course neither company offered any compensation..... very poor business practice. My advice is either get extra money to haul their loads or refuse.... get things in writing.....
