Horrible company they lie when truth would help them more. Mike a project manager and some guy claiming to be owner both swore in early sunmer theyd make a mistake they made right. Problem is now worse than ever and cant be made right until we get weather thats at least 45 degrees and temp rising and no rain - so ya that wont be happening for months. But they do not care who they hurt or invenience and seem to feel damage being causes by their blatant mistakes is not their problem. Wrong I personally will make it their problem

After 2 years of dealing with Universal Land, I have found them to be an inconsiderate organization. They are building developments all around my home. In addition to having rude employees who \f-bomb\ constantly while my kids are outside,they have knocked down my mail box several times, ripped the power mast from my home and have left my driveway nearly inaccessible for days on end. I have called, left messages, spoken to onsite staff, and I get ignored. I would really like to hear back from someone.
