My fiancee and I wanted to get a custom engagement ring made that involved melting down and incorporating another ring. I chose Gold 'N I because of the numerous 5 star, glowing reviews and my first call with Harry was very pleasant and friendly. From that first call, I felt like I was in good hands. At our first appointment he listened to what we wanted and knew exactly how to execute it right away. We designed/built the ring together, and when we told him our budget he made it come in at exactly that number... then, we had to lower our budget and he changed things around so we could still get what we wanted but now at the lower cost, we were so impressed! The production time was completely reasonable (I think from ring design to finished product was 4 weeks) and my finished ring is SO GORGEOUS, he really did an amazing job. Harry and Gold 'N I are truly interested in customer service and satisfaction unlike other competitors that are only interested in making an extra buck. Great quality product, great customer service, and friendly. We highly recommend Gold 'N I and will definitely return for our future jewelry needs.

I was so excited on coming in to this Jewelry store because I have heard so many great things about it. The first thing I noticed, walking in was the sales associate who greeted me right away, wiping down the chairs and counters with disinfectant wipes, making me feel comfortable knowing they take cleanliness and health precautions seriously. They were very patient and helpful with answering the hundreds of questions I had for the custom necklace I wanted made for myself. I am so pleased with my experience working with Harry and his sweet family. If I could give them 100 stars, I would!

Came in to “Gold’ N I Jewelers” this evening. Immediately after entering I see an older woman and a younger woman standing behind the counter, neither wearing a mask. The older woman apologizes that she doesn’t have a mask on, looks at her counterpart who then proceeds to put on a mask. The older woman walks past me onto the show floor with a tray. I tell the younger woman I am in need of a ring size. The older woman, still sans a mask, tells me there is a charge if I wasn’t going to purchase anything. Had the woman done any sort of questioning like a good sales person she would have found that I am getting married this week and could have been easily persuaded into purchasing a ring from their store. However, she didn’t and was only concerned about making money for her business in that moment and permanently lost a customer. Will not be returning and suggest anyone who cares about their health to steer clear of this store especially if you are susceptible to the current pandemic.

Can't begin to express my thankfulness to Harry for the ring he made for my now fiance! This man is a true craftsman!! I gave him an idea and he custom created a masterpiece my fiance absoultely loved! Harry is honest, fast and truly concerned about your special moment! I got a referral to this jeweler, I did not know him before he made this ring. I will be back for the wedding band! Your crazy if you go to anyone else, they provide insured shipping.
