This is something good that needs to be shared. Everyone loves to complain when something doesn't go right, but few people beat the drum for successes. I am the author of five published books and four DVD Interview/Documentaries. I travel extensively throughout the central Midwest and southern states on book signings. Common sense tells you I'm at addresses for short periods of times and therefore need very special attention for success. I have on more than one occasion, ordered at the last minute and missed one number in the zip code. Now Ginger Lopez and Brian Kelly of Groove House Records and Fast Tracks Music Shop, Inc. have more than once bailed me and my company, Paradox Sales out of a jam. Their products are outstanding and the customer service is beyond belief. Their understanding in a crisis situations is beyond reproach.
