You never think you will need a company like Serve Pro, until you do. I was very lucky to have gotten this office (thanks Diana) and the lead person, Collin. My insurance sent them over, so I did not know who would be arriving. They were patient, calm and knowledgeable. Communication was great, and clear. They worked around my schedule and showed up when they said they would be here. I recommend them highly. They care about doing a good job and it shows in all they do.

I am so happy making the right choice calling ServPro of Woodland Hills. It's awful times and everyone is trying to take advantage of a situation. I had a lot of water come through my skylight I was sick about it. Collin came in and showed me right where the moisture was with a instrument he used. He explained everything they would do to take care of the ceiling. Brandon was also part of the team to give outstanding service. The guys came in the next day and were so amazing the way they meticulously tented the area and covered everything, as well as when they took everything down. I was just so impressed! I have a black counter under all the work area and there was not one speak on it or my wood floor. We need more companies with work ethics like this!

Colin Lappeus was my Serve Pro technician. I'm not a big review writer but I had to because he was so incredibly professional, competence, and knowledgeable. He was resourceful and flexible, really going out of his way but not making any big thing of it of serving my every need, trying to make the uncomfortable situation of a bad water leaks as palatable as possible. He was so willing to help me with anything I asked him and was so kind and was a wonderful listener which is a rare quality in service providers. I hope his higher-ups read this review because he should be commended and given a greater responsibility and or some other lucky company might grab him!

Omar came out free of charge to do an inspection, educated me on what was going on, and made professional recommendations that gave me the confidence to go to the management company to ask for both satefy and recooperation measures.
