Mike is an amazing coach and very knowledgeable about relationships and art of communication.I came here to get some help with my family and never been happier. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants change and is willing to put the ego aside and instead of blaming the world, change themselves.

I heard about Valley Anger Management from a friend who had gone as an alternative to Al-Anon meetings. He said that Mike Mir, the therapist that runs Valley Anger management, had amazing and insightful classes. I completely agree. Mikes approach is direct, down to earth and funny. His discussions in the men's group about creating boundaries and dealing with other peoples emotions have been super insightful and practical. Highly recommended therapist!

Anger can be like an addiction that will bring you trouble, at some point. You may have inherited/learned bad ways of coping with it, but if you don't cut the chain, it'll carry over to your children. IF you leave your ego out the door, listen and speak sincerely, here you will learn to change for the better, which will improve your life (and protect you). I recommend it to ANYONE, as you will leave being more honest (and compassionate) with yourself, which is healing. Mike is tough. But he truly cares about everyone in the room. Who is in charge, you or your anger? Your old, bad, mental programming (and/or past trauma) doesn't need to determine your future. And we all make mistakes. But there is hope. Mike will teach you the tools to change.

I have been dealing with anxiety and anger my whole adult life and Mike helped me dealing with them in a healthy way. He goes straight to the point and gives you new perspectives of looking at a problem and then offers solutions and techniques that are doable and effective. I am very happy I found this place and I recommend it %100.
