Horrible experience made a huge mistake trusting Michelle she didn’t know what she was doing I asked for caramel balayage she bleached my hair and made my hair red and orange! The owner try to fix the horrible job she did by sending me to another location they did a get job flat ironing my hair but still did not give me the caramel balayage I asked for. My hair is still very damaged and this is months later I can’t even get it fixed yet worst experience ever!
