I had another positive experience with Vio Security today. My tech, named You, arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable about the system. He quickly installed two sensors that were previously hard wired after checking the entry doors and main panel. You explained everything thoroughly and answered questions/concerns before the service call was completed. Thanks for a great job!

The person that helped me today ( Yvette) went above and beyond and some, she couldn’t find my information to help me, so she called me back later when she got my information to help me, I really appreciate her for taking that extra time and steps it really means a lot to me that she showed that she cared about my needs as a customer.
My first interaction with the sales manager Todd and the technician Matthew were friendly, they are knowledgeable and courteous. I'm looking forward to a great long-term relationship. Service was amazing signed up at about 6 pm and installed the very next day, great team from the seller Donnie if you’re in the Atlanta area ask for Donnie he worked out an amazing deal, to the installer Matt is amazing with the installation no cords showing very clean and professional and gives you great advice where the cameras should go the customer service is outstanding. Tell them what you want and they will work with whatever budget you have. Thank you all
I could not have wished for a more courteous, nice, and competent technician than David. He was patient and gracious as he guided me through the questions on my cell phone app, and put my camera (this was an update) in a perfect spot, even though he had to crawl through a very narrow space under the roof in order to wire it. He worked for 3 and a half hours! I will recommend your company on Nextdoor!
