This is the second car we leased in Two months: For the first car they didn’t send us welcome kit which has the account number and we were about to charge for pass due date!! Second one : after two months a lady ,Sandy Nestor, contacted to verify the correct address which they already had for both cars and she sent our license plate to the wrong address. After four months and days on the phone talking to her colleagues without any result we had to go to the store . We talked to her supervisor and he asked us to go to the dmv in person and not even bother to print out a copy of contract ,instead suggesting us to print it out ourselves and one simple apology. Now after five months we had to stay in lines to get our license plate with this crisis outside. This is not what you expect from a decent dealership at all !!!
